Nominated in the Regional Festival of the Year category, Garden of Dreams competed for the prestigious “Ambassador” Award with Exit, Lovefest, No Sleep and Sea Dance Festival, and thanks to the votes of the audience, GoD managed to take the title, title of best regional electronic music festival for 2019.
The premiere edition of the Garden of Dreams festival last year gathered more than 4,000 fans of electronic sound who had the opportunity to dance under the stars and the sun on magical locations across the Sarajevo and enjoy an unforgettable three-day party with great electronic music artists. So, Garden of Dreams managed to bring the world to Sarajevo and bring it back to the map of European party destinations, and the electronic scene became richer for a completely different festival and audiovisual spectacle. However, the quality and success of the Garden of Dreams festival is perhaps best illustrated by the fact that after only one edition it was nominated and, in the end, won prestigious “Ambassador” Award for best regional electronic music festival.
By the way, the Ambassador Award is given to the most important actors of the electronic scene for achievements in the past year. This dynamic award actively follows the events on the electronic music scene in the region, pays tribute to the best festivals, clubs, musicians and dance destinations, and judging by the nomination, Garden of Dreams is recognized as a very successful project worthy of attention. It is known that the Ambasador equally respects the voice of the profession and the audience, and it is the audience that is responsible for the title of the best regional festival going to the GoD team.

The fourth Ambassador Awards was held on thursday, September 17th, 2020 at the Aquarius Club in Zagreb. Due to the current situation with Coronavirus, the organizers decided, for the first time, in cooperation with Vang Stream, to allow watching the video broadcast of the main award program. On the Ambassador’s official Facebook page, as well as on the Facebook page of the media partner of this event, the Klubskascena.hr portal, you could follow the program live from 8 pm and be part of the spectacular atmosphere.
The Coronavirus pandemic has disrupted many but not the GoD team who continue to work full steam ahead and live their dreams. “See you soon on the dance floor” – they said with optimism.
Just to remind you, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation in Sarajevo, the GoD festival has already been postponed twice, and despite the fact that many music and film festivals have already been canceled or was held fully in online format, GoD festival organizers are still optimistic and they hope the second edition of the GoD festival will take place as soon as the health situation allows it.
